We want you happy with your DraftLink tap handle. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can return an unused handle within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days.
